1 This is an extremely simple, extremely basic module for writing tests
2 suitable for CPAN modules and other pursuits.
3 If you wish to do more complicated testing, use the Test::More module
4 (a drop-in replacement for this one).
6 The basic unit of Perl testing is the ok. For each thing you want to
7 test your program will print out an "ok" or "not ok" to indicate pass
8 or fail.
9 You do this with the ok() function.
