1 Dnsmasq provides network infrastructure for small networks: DNS, DHCP,
2 router advertisement and network boot.
3 It is designed to be lightweight and have a small footprint, suitable
4 for resource constrained routers and firewalls.
5 It has also been widely used for tethering on smartphones and portable
6 hotspots, and to support virtual networking in virtualisation frameworks.
7 Supported platforms include Linux (with glibc and uclibc), Android, *BSD,
8 and Mac OS X.
9 Dnsmasq provides full IPv6 support.
