Fixed all sourced slitaz-dev-tools receipts. The way cook works is it keeps the .hg folder when downloading mecurial sources. By downloading the $VERSION.tar.bz2 and renaming it $SOURCE-$VERSION.tar.bz2 we don't keep the .hg folder in source tarball. Repos will be backup on source dvd anyway so this does save a little bit of space. |

libtaz: Don't need to check /usr/bin/hg anymore. Best to get the tag 1.1.2 version. May need to delete the slitaz-dev-tools-1.1.2.tar.bz2 source on tank to make sure we have the tag version. |

postfix: Fixed uid for postdrop group and postfix user. We should use uid 75 for postfix user and uid 73 for postdrop. Postdrop group was seting itself to 1000 uid before. |
