qt4 up to 4.8.4 - fixed some qt4 dependent package which does not build, upgrading only if necessary, tested razorqt and some apps, all seems to work

1 xlockmore is an enhanced version of xlock. It incorporates several new command-
2 line options, which allow you to run it in a window, in the root window, in a
3 different size/location, change the size of the iconified window, to install a
4 new colormap and delay locking for use with xautolock.
